A well established Insurance firm in NE Broward is experiencing growth and is looking for experienced Bilingual Insurance Agent (220 license) and Customer Service Representative (440 license required). Licensed Agent Job Duties:

• Receive and respond to customer inquires
• Respond to calls from customers in a timely, professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Schedule customer service appointments. Ability to cross-sell products
• Perform very basic troubleshooting of customer problems over the telephone. Strong Homeowner Knowledge is a plus

Licensed Agent Requirements: The successful Licensed Agent will possess:Experience in Homeowner Insurance or Commercial experience

• 220 or 440 Insurance license
• Bilingual (English and Portuguese or Spanish) Helpful
• Excellent customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills--both in person and via telephone
• Typical working hours are from 9am-5pm with occasional weekend bi-weekly'
